The Deptford Project Cafe - created from a disused train carriage - has been cited by 'Vogue' in their annual list of the 40 hottest people and trends to watch over the coming months. The Deptford Project Café is the first step in a project to completely regenerate the area around Deptford Train Station and the old Victorian carriage ramp.
From the Deptford Project website -
"Our coffee is sourced from sustainable farming projects around the world which is then roasted and packed for us here in the UK. Our food is home-made from ingredients sourced locally. Come and see us in the newest addition to Deptford High street – stop for a coffee or pick something up to drink en route."
The cafe is open:
- Week days 8am - 7pm
- Saturday 8am - 6pm
- Sunday 10am - 4pm
