Nordic Walking in Ladywell


Laura "will be teaching a free four-week Nordic Walking course at Ladywell Fields starting next Saturday 12th January 10:15 - 11:15.  This course is funded by the Lewisham NHS Trust and is aimed at Lewisham residents wishing to become more physically active...."
