Secret Gardens Lewisham project launches with Bureau of Urban Wilds

Bureau of Urban Wilds by Rebecca Beinart from 1 July 2013 - 31 October 2013 launches the Secret Gardens project in Lewisham. Running until 2014 there will be a variety of events, activities and installations across the borough.

However, after a lengthy campaign by local residents, Sue Godfrey Nature Park was established in 1984, opening the site back up to the public and wildlife alike and who have since successfully fought off several attempts for redevelopment...."
