Jay Bernard workshops at the LMA 15th and 21st May

Jay Bernard, Cityread 2013 writer in residence, is leading a couple of workshops at the London Metropolitan Archives. These are free to attend but booking is essential

GONE TOMORROWWednesday 15 May, 5pm – 7:15pm,The London Metropolitan Archives, 40 Northampton Road, Clerkenwell, London EC1R 0HBThe London Metropolitan Archives houses a vast collection of stories, some told in text, but many more through the documents themselves: the torn or missing pages, the damaged photographs and the curious handwriting of people long dead. The visible hints at an invisible past. This is a poetry workshop with cityread young writer in residence, Jay Bernard, that explores the invisible past hinted at in documents from the London Metropolitan Archive.
