Volunteers wanted to help on Torch Relay

The Volunteer Centre in Lewisham wants 150 residents to volunteer along the Lewisham leg of the Torch Relay on Monday 23 July.
Volunteers are required for approximately three hours with tasks that might include directing spectators, welcoming people to the different activities on the route, responding to difficult situations – for example lost children or spectators being taken ill.
All volunteers must attend an information session and induction. For more information and to register your interest, emailkay@volunteercentrelewisham.org.uk
